Marta Rodríguez
Consecrated to God in Regnum Christi since 1997. She holds a degree in Education and Development from Anahuac University, and licenses in Bioethics and Philosophy with a specialization in Anthropology in the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. He has also done a master’s degree in Philosophical Consulting and Existential Anthropology. In 2003 she was part of the founding team of the Institute of Superior Studies on Women of the Regina Apostolorum, whose direction she has assumed from 2009 to July 2019. She directs the Institute’s research group on the meaning of sexual difference.
She has just finished her doctorate at the Pontifical Gregorian University, on the philosophical roots of gender theory.
From May 2017 to May 2019 she was responsible for the women’s sector of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life. From May 2019 she is part of the Directive Team of Donna, Chiesa e Mondo, women’s magazine of the Osservatore Romano.
